That'd be interesting if America's govt had emergency presidential doubles. Maybe they'll hire that guy? 
But, really, he is dissimilar enough to Obama (except in perfectly-posed still shots) that there's no way he could be passed off as Obama in real life or on video. I mean, geez, all human beings who've been on the internet or watched TV have Obama's grinning mug permanently emblazed on their brains, the media has so over-covered him.
