Panic in 2009? Yes!, according to Bruce Sterling (one of my favorite authors).

For me, insurance/bldg codes (#4) is on the top of the list ... State Farm will stop insuring houses in Florida, and it doesn't seem likely that other companies will pick up the 1.2 million homes (including mine) that are now with State Farm.
