100 things about NT teens you don't understand

Why my sexuality is of utmost importance to them.

why they must go to the toilet, the tuck shop and everywhere else in pairs for fear of being labelled a nigel.
why my being alone bothers them so.
their need for constant companionship.
school formals and clubs.

OMG yes! ive always wondered this! glad im not alone haha but yes i really dont understand it, i think its rather stupid myself.

Also i dont understand why girls would want big butts and boobs, um hello they would be annoying and get in the way!

(This is just the majority of teenagers)

Why do girls want to look the same?

Why do girls dye their hair the opposite colour of their natural hair and not realise how much it really does not suit them?

Why do they laugh at people who are on their own?

Why don't they like being treated like 5-year-olds, yet they act like 5-year-olds?

Why do girls scream when they're excited?

Why do girls spend most of their time finding something or someone to laugh at?

Why do girls say ''like'' between every other word?

Why do they convert everything you say into something related to sex?

Why do they think destroying other people's property is funny?

Why do they always joke about being pregnant?

Why do they turn high school into a social club, then in the next breath say they hate school?

Why do they make adults feel intimidated?

Why do they throw stones at learner drivers cars?


When I was 14 I still played in the woods. And I respected adults - never made them feel intimidated.

Almost all of these make my eyes roll.
Many teens are cruel, and that's something I just don't understand.

Things I don't understand about NT teens:

-Why they insist on making up new slang words for stuff.
-Why doing stupid/irresponsible/dangerous things is considered "cool."
-Why being smart is a bad insult-worthy thing.
-How everyone seems to make friends so effortlessly.
-Why I always had classmates (in the same grade as me) who were years older, but way more immature.
-The whole text speak language thing. "y do dey type lyke dis?"
-Parties.
-Boyfriend/Girlfriend drama.
-Why talking about who they had sex with and what happened during it is okay.
-Why they bully other people.
-How the dumbest/rudest people end up having the most friends, being the most popular, and having the most opportunites handed to them.

Yeah, I'm being a little bit judgmental. But can you blame me?

I don't understand this situation:

Back in 2009, I started seventh grade as a new kid. I saw these two girls screaming LOUDLY and running toward each other.

I mean honestly, WHY? You missed each other for a summer, not ten years. And yet guys could go about this type of meeting with a simple hello. Why do girls scream?

Why do girls always say "it's a girl thing" when they can't explain something.

Why any girls that wear trousers constantly and extremely dislike wearing skirts and dresses (like me) are seen as 'weird'. I really don't understand this, I mean, I feel exposed, and I'm even wearing trousers to prom, so...dunno why I supposedly HAVE to like wearing skirts and/or dresses...

I know right!! !! I really don't like wearing dresses or anything like that, and my mom insists on trying to make me do it all the time!

Last time I really had to wear a skirt, I got a really long fluffy (poofy? it was one of those gypsy skirt like things) one so I could wear shorts underneath!

Fooled them all!

Why it's so desperately important to talk to the quiet kids and expect a response when they're... y'know, quiet!

I have mentioned this on facebook... I agree.

I would rather not go there... I am too busy to think about SEX and ROOTING. They on the other hand dont have a life



I have a friend like this, I take the crap out of her... And she enjoys it.



To listen to decent music, You have to be human first, I dont think they qualify



The more friends you have, The more people you can tell, That you had sex last night.



Not to mention the bullies.

Sorry if this seems rude... But i thought id shed a bit of light on this

Why they take photographs of themselves and insist I do the same, to the point where they become offended when I don't show them pictures of myself..

Why they say "i luv you" or "<3 u" on Facebook. I hate the lack of meaning those typed characters hold.

Double standards; who invented them? Why do they still exist?

And why do their social rules seem so arbitrary and irrational most of the time?
