I had a panic attack in the middle of biology and interrupted the whole class and my teacher seemed frustrated. Im not the best at biology and today i got every question wrong and spent some time thinking about things and she thought i was daydreaming. I lashed out at her and covered my face with my hands and i feel childish.
Im not sure what to do, i was so stupid and i couldn't control it and now i feel horrible
Should i apologise? i was thinking of having a meeting with the teacher or writing a note or getting my year head to explain
My biology teacher knows about my aspergers and so does every other teacher but im not sure she knows much about it
any teachers out there who know what i should do? or what would you do here because im not sure how to react.

I can't judge if you should apologise, that's for you to decide. You know exactly what happened, and if an apology is appropriate. Maybe your parents, counselor or year head can help you with that.

I think you should explain the teacher what happened, so he understands. He may not know what to expect from you, and may think you were doing something on purpose (which you didn't). Like for example misunderstanding your panic attack for disruptive behavior.

If you're up for it, go tell him yourself. Your year head probably knows a thing or two about you, but you still know best. It also shows your teacher that you are really sorry for what happened, and that you take it seriously. Teachers tend to be a lot more cooperative/understanding when you come to them directly, rather than letting someone else do it for you.

If don't want to go in alone, ask your parents or counselor/year head to go with you. Try to tell your story yourself. The adult with you is for backup or background information. You were there, they weren't.

The fact that you're asking for help here says enough: if you can explain what happened here, you can explain it to your teacher.

Say sorry to your teacher, for the outburst. And then try and get one of your parents to explain why it happened, and to get your teacher to understand more about you

I think apologizing to your teacher would be the best thing to do. Whenever I'd feel sick for some reason during class, I'd just get up and leave, take a moment to compose myself, and go back inside. The teachers, who were aware of my Asperger's, understood and wouldn't question me for leaving. Do you think you could get away with doing that?
