All it is, is a reminder of how much of a loser I am. I dont even know how to make friends with people with the same problems as I do, and everyone thinks Im too weird for them anyway. So Im leaving indefinitely this time, bye.. Good riddance right?

The whole "Oprah" pity me thing here is getting very boring. This site makes me think everybody with AS must be a loser. Not sure I want to be associated with it either!

I don't have anything against Username88 either. I also agree that there's too much self-pity and ranting here. It is actually possible to have AS and live an almost normal life if you set your mind to it. Ranting is ok in The Haven, but in other forums it's just annoying.

I've enjoyed reading your posts username, and I'll miss you. But I sort of understand why you feel this way. Just remember you can always come back, and remember that there is a lot of optimism here to be found if you look hard enough.

Just about everyone here can relate. It's hard and overwhelming sometimes and it takes a lot to feel confident about oneself when the NT world has set up so many stumbling blocks.

I frequently feel that I don't belong anywhere but I've learned through the years how to ignore that feeling.

I was going to write what I thought. Then I realized that this is the Haven. And swallowed it-whatever it was.

I will say that when people do not pause to think about what they are thinking when it comes to something-say throwing in the towel on everyone, instead, making a big tantrum based on fantisized perceptions of whos thinking what and man everyone is out to get me-across the board- it just gets confusing.

Your posts always seemed to rank among the most stable and intelligent. I joined around the same time you did, but I just randomly fade in and out. Sometimes I just take a week off from WP, and maybe you should do the same before just leaving.
