At the moment, just looking to see whether there even actually *is* one is reason enough ... or (as already said) you would not be here. However, that is not intended as any kind of persuasive argument. Only you can decide whether you truly want to toss aside any and all possibilities yet ahead. There might not actually be any, of course, but there is just no way I would ever "check out" before actually finding out for sure.

One reason? What if for every one of us there really is one special one, looking for us?

Are you looking? If not, why not?

Give up? Then it won't matter to you, but it would to that special person - now cheated out of meeting you.

So your purpose? Find that special person, or prove they don't exist.

I can assure you love is very real it just doesnt seem that way to you because youve had a hard time with it... trust me when you find love it's a hell of a motivation

I've been depressed for the last couple weeks, this man I'm somewhat seeing I think is messing with me, if I dont 'swallow the pills I'm still going to be alone I refuse to date anymore

There are over 3 billion men in the world.
Half of them are married.
Of the 1.5 billion left, half of them are either too young or too old for you.
That leaves you with only 750 million men - and you've already checked out 9?

My wife and I have been married twice before, and have now been married to each other for over 26 years. Don't you think there are a lot of tears in our years before we found each other?

Soo... your upset and have decided to take the easy way out , no second chance... nothing but you never know who's out there and what you could be missing if you swallow those pills or would you rather give up on yourself now?

It is unlikely your doctor has given you anything that can kill you, unless you are physically ill. If it is a drug that can kill you, it will likely be through damage to your liver or kidneys and it will be a slow and painful death. You will likely be found and have your stomach pumped and be hospitalized. Having your stomach pumped is probably more unpleasant than loneliness.
