What exactly are you doing that is "unruly?"

I am overwhelmed and people will not help whig=ch is why there is a problem

unruly means I sit and do my own thing all day, and get in big fights with my intrusive drunk stepmom

look, police will barely lift a finger if you get knocked down and mugged on the street. theyre not gonna rush out to tell you to be less passive.

Well I'm quite sure that you can't bring up charges on someone for sitting and doing their own thing all day.. unless it's a parent with a kid they're neglecting..

Sounds like the intrusive drunk is more likely to have problems with the law then you are.

If you've been evaluated and diagnosed with asperger's by child services, I think your dad has to get you help. Was that the result of some kind of prior investigation? I mean, how did the asperger's diagnosis from child services come about?

Where's your mom?

she died last year, and the asperger's diagnosis is what they came back with because I was evaluated for reacting oddly to her death

Do you have any family members you can talk to about this? Like a grandparent or someone from your mom's side of the family (like an Uncle or Aunt).

I have some friends that were raised by a parent with an alcohol problem, and I know that's incredibly tough. There's really no answer that I could type in here to solve your problem with that, but having family members on your side sure does help you out a lot. They do also have alcohol rehabilitation programs if you think your step mom could benefit from that, but she'd have to be the one to make those kind of decisions or the programs don't work. But sometimes it helps for someone else to locate the programs and get some flyers or brochures to make it easier for her to call them when she's ready.

IF he does press charges....upon arrest, you have the RIGHT TO ATTAIN A LAWYER, and since you are a minor with no money, you will qualify for legal aid and then you can ask them to have children's services remove from your dad and stepmoms custody and have you placed elsewhere.You can file neglect and abuse charges, and since you have an aspergers diagnosis and the reason for all of this is because your dad is in denial and refused to give you treatment, he and that evil witch stepmom can both be criminally charged for neglect and abuse.YOu can also look at the possibility of suing them civilly for malicious prosecution and abuse and neglect once the bogus charges he presses against you are dismissed.

The best and most important thing is to APPLY FOR LEGAL AID AND GET A LAWYER.Inform the lawyer of the diagnosis, bring the paper, and he/she can have those who diagnosed you, testify in court on your behalf.

So why does my sister threaten me with jail, saying for starting fights at home, I can get arrested and prisoners are "worse than us (my family)"??? To me, they are about the same.
