so yeah ive started cutting. i know its really stupid. i hate my life.
on anti-depressants now.
worst thing is ive lost control of my emotions and im crying alot now.

I understand your feelings. I used to do that to manage my emotional pain. By doing that it made it seem like the inside pain was then on the outside where at least I could do something about it like applying ointment and a bandage. There was a tiny bit a relief maybe in the transition but ultimately all it really did was cause more pain which was then also physical. I wish you relief from your suffering. It's okay to cry. I do almost every day. It's never easy but try not to be hard on yourself. Other people do that for us all too often so why must we also contribute this way as well.

Cutting is the expression of frustration at the limitations of the body. If you can't stop yourself from doing it, at least do it in sterile fashion and try not to leave scars, because, boy, you will regret it later if you do.
