are you an adult, ted?

you wouldn't go wrong possibly blocking the number of the guy who texted you - so he does not harass you further.

Different states have different rules on the issue of the nude pictures.

In Texas, for example, it is, at worst, a Class C Misdemeanor for a first offense. That is like a traffic ticket.

From http://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/alerts/alerts_view.php?id=262&type=3:

Quote:
Under this bipartisan legislation, which Governor Perry signed in June and becomes effective on September 1, the Penal Code will have a new offense that prevents minors from intentionally and knowingly promoting or possessing text messages that contain explicit images of those 17 years old or younger. Importantly, the new offense is a misdemeanor – not a felony – and does not require that minors register as sex offenders in the state.

First-time violators who send or possess these illicit messages face a class C misdemeanor.

Note that this is for voluntary, uncoerced sexing. Being coerced, I would hope that it wouldn't even be prosecuted at all against a minor.

From http://theconversation.com/everything-you-wanted-to-know-about-sexting-but-were-afraid-to-ask-33424:
Quote:
A study of thousands of sexting cases found that those selected for criminal prosecution in the US in 2011 involved adults asking teens for pictures, or cases of obvious coercion, threats or blackmail. The researchers pointed out that the cases that come to the attention of authorities are more likely to have aggravating circumstances.

So it seems likely that the police would probably be very interested in going after the man who coerced you into taking the picture and sending it to him. You might want to check your state laws to see what they have to say about the issue.

A little more than twenty five years ago, I had a profile on an on-line dating bulletin board (non-Internet). Someone suggested that I set up a profile as a young woman and see what it is like. So I created a bogus profile for a woman in her early 20s.

The results were amazing. The amount of pressure being put on the women on the web site was unbelievable. Within a day or two after creating the account, it had received a number of messages from men making a lot of demands -- for pictures, for a telephone number, and for meetings. I didn't answer the messages, but they certainly flooded in anyway. Many of those messages were clearly intended on making the recipient feel an obligation to respond.

I wouldn't wish that amount of pressure on anyone.

The thing to remember is that you are in control. It may not feel like it, but you can, at any time, leave whatever chat site it is. Don't trust what anyone says regarding their age -- there are numerous cases of adult men pretending to be a teenager in order to get minor boys and girls to accept them. Feel free to change your username on the chat as often as you wish. I'd also suggest avoiding friending anyone on Facebook who you do not personally know from school or local friends.

It might help if for each chat request from someone you don't know in real life regardless of whatever sex they claim to be and whatever age, picture them in your mind as being a 50 year old male with a huge beer belly and who hasn't bathed in a week or two. Remember that if they send you a picture, that picture is not necessarily them -- I know of one case where a guy running a scam on the Internet was sending people pictures of his teenage daughter and claiming to be her. He wasn't.

1. Log off.

2. Don't send nude pictures if you don't want to.

3. Seriously, noone can force you to keep chatting or to send pictures.

Did he send nude pictures of himself or someone else? If so, that would likely be a serious offense in and of itself.

did he send nudes of himself, he means. do you know anyone you trust that you can tell? (not necessarily law enforcement) you may not have to tell but at least, to have the option there.

do you know what disorder?

I have zero tolerance for individuals who take advantage of people sexually over the Internet, especially kids. If you happen to be underage, I'd recommend going to the authorities about this. Have you told your parents, or a family member?

Hmm... come to think about it...
You are 15year old and you have hypersexuality. You talked with a horny stranger on Internet chat.
You call it "being taken advantage of" but it may not even be the case, at least not intentional. The guy might have just see you as a horny teenager that wanted some sexual interaction. It was a gain-gain situation for both sides in his opinion. It's not uncommon for a 15 year old to have intentional sexual talk on Internet chats and some countries allow this.

You are 15 year old so the child regulations are no longer valid to you. So we can't speak about pedophilia here. There are specific regulations for people 15-16-18-21 year old that vary depending on country. For example a 15 year old in Poland is allowed to have sex and talk about sexual stuffs but can get married when at least 16 year old (girl) and is not allowed to watch porn till 18 year old. I know how stupid it sounds but it is like that.

As someone with hypersexuality you are the one who must control yourself and realize your own limits. Other people will see you just as a horny girl that is open to talk about and do sexual stuffs. You can't blame them for using your condition. They are just clueless. To be honest I also don't understand how exactly hypersexuality differs from simply being horny.

^ no, Kiriae is right - you need to know your own limits and watch yourself, just as much as the other guy does.

and quit it with the attacks. i know you're in a very hard place right now, but still.
