Learning to talk to your parents or a counselor is a really hard step to take, but I've been told and believe it is the right one. It took me so long to do it, and it ended with me basically bleeding my heart and soul out to my parents about how broken and suicidal I felt. They only had a faint idea of how bad I was doing before that. Truthfully it still hasn't helped me a lot now that I'm on the verge of adulthood though, but it would have really helped a few years ago. You're still in the thick of it so it may do you more good.

Do it when you feel ready. It is easier than you think, you're already kind of doing it with strangers online

Your social dilemma sounds all too familiar.

I can't say I've succeed or if there is even an end to it, probably not definitively, but you have to keep trying to make a single meaningful connection. There is only one guarantee in life, that if you stop trying you definitely will not make it.

I hope I will also change that part of myself when I'm not able to express myself well to others and overcome its obstacles and actually talk to my parents but I sometimes think its not necessarily because it would only get them worried and may start drama
I admit that its easier to talk online and especially if with strangers lol
I saw the link, I think that description actually fits me, I will try to make connections with my parents and others because I think it's necessary, I used to have very strong relations and bonds to others when I was a kid but it feels like my connection system got shut down suddenly and I started lurking off to isolation, now it feels some people I used to be so close with are strangers because of the long disconnection, those relations used to feel so good.
