Good heavens, I didn't realize they had moved in! I thought it was a Saturday evening gathering and they'd all be gone by dawn - which is now, actually. Did you get any rest?

Probably, either she'd have posted already! (unless they're depriving her of her computer rights as well)

I got some sleep...they calmed down around 5am. I was about to go to bed at 7am when the frigging builders started banging in the house nextdoor, which incidentally, is also owned by my landlord....he told me they would be finished last weekend...they start on sat and sun at 8am, but they clearly forgot to put their damn clocks back as it was 7am the banging started. When I told him to caused me issues, she said it needed to be done and he couldn't change it for one person etc. This guy gets £430 rent for my room a month...now tell me he shouldn't care about this stuff. I got to bed around 9am finally when the banging had calmed enough.

Your neighborhood officially doesn't care.

Take to that formal complaint stuff ASAP.

ADDITIONAL: In the meantime, I'm pretty sure the fingers is an international sign of offense hatred at someone, right?
