...I don't mind Peter's comments , but I have nothing to say to him right now .
My problem , foor one , as I said , is that I go around and around all day and put weight on my bad foot , and mush it up  !
Also , I have nothing to do , most of the time (bar reading ~ which I do a lot , many people would think I read too much) ~ You know , I basically never watch TV ` if someone hadtold the comic-fan me of 1975 " In 2015 , there will be weekly Supergirl , Green Arrow , Flash , and Sgants of S.H.E.I.L.D. TV series " I woulda thought ~ wow !
But I never watch them :( .

Are you in jail?

Your posts sound like you are living rough.

...Yes , I'm in a shelter ~ and , though there's two meals and somewhere to sleep/poop/safety (though I've had things stolen from me) , I really don't get enough sleep , and I have to (to do anything , anyway) walk on my bad foot a great deal , in hilly San Francisco , so my bad foot's wound has gotten noticably worse ~ I have been inside while it's rained some , admittedly , BUT THERE'S JUST NOTHING TO DO IN-BETWEEN GOING IN FOR THE NIGHT AND FALLING ASLEEP ~ AND IT TAKES ME FOREVER TO FALL ASLEEP , (Those letters were miscapitalized and I don't want to bother retyping them in my limited time , I assume you may be at a keyboard in Scotland and I'd like you to see this before the time runs out here) and I don't get enough sleep .
It's Veteran's Day in the US ~ That's based on World War I-ending Armistice Day , is this day also a holiday in Scotland ?

...With both Kraftie and Peter here I was going to go into some detail about my day to day life , including some " icky " , and " male " , too , stuff , but maybe not now ~
After finally , belatedly , getting a drawer beneath my cot in the shelter ages after i should've , my clothes that were there got taken out and tossed on the floor by someone else given my storage drawer ~ You see , he had a superior status due to being there on " a ninety-day bed " rather than a " (renewed weekly) weekly bed " !

...Actually , as it worked out , I found that I had lost my bed in the shelter that (last) night once I got back there ~ So I left , slept in my " usual "-ish homeless sleeping spot ~ and woke up with the majority of my cash (over 20 dollars paper) having been stolen/slipped out  during the night ! :(
I am fully HL now , with LOTS to carry , and with most of my money from when I left yesterday gone/stole , in other words ! I need help now .

...Giving more detail: (IIRC all)
Last nite , I returned to the shelter at a touch before 6:30 PM (chow time) , slightly earlier than I'd arrived yesterday , no probleam then .
I was told I hadn't checked in by 5 PM and had lost my bed !
I had had a " late pass " , had it run out by then?? , a weekish back I'd twice arrived a 10 PM-ish with no objection given , essentially I had always come after 5 , about 5:30 really .
So , I'm outside and most of my money was stolen last nite :( ! !! !! !! !!

Do you have a locker to hide your money in? I'd be cautious about thieves robbing me in a place like that.

...I was robbed by sleeping outside/rough , while homeless, not while in the shelter (had two things taken there though , and some experience w/the authority there ~ I won't go into it now ) .

That sounds terrible man. Maybe this might sound awful but maybe you could keep your money in a plastic bag or something and stuff it down your pants while you sleep, to prevent it from being stolen. I doubt someone would steal it there. Hang in there.

How can I move on? Getting another flat is impossible without a job. And it is hard to do most things alone anyway as I have issues with anxiety.

All of my rent was paid by the council in the supported accommodation. Since I don't have support at all, how do I get a similar flat? Going private isn't an option as the rent exceeds more than I would be granted and getting a flat through the council can maybe take years.

The trouble is that I no longer trust support workers, so even if I got help via a different company, I would not have the confidence to get to know the staff and bond with them, because of my defence mechanisms. Plus, nobody sticks around. I'll get to like somebody and then he will leave. Females probably would not be allowed to work with me giving what occurred with Joanna and Sara.

Sorry to take over this thread.

A single room in a shared living space, rather than an apartment would probably be the cheapest route to live and get off the street.

...When I am walking without my heavy backpack or any other luggage , " normally " , it maybe even feels like I'm walking SLOWER! than when I am " strapped down " by the backpack  , though I suppose that's impossible :( .
I know I do , often , have to compensate , correct my balance , when I am not backpacked down :( , to keep from falling down :( . Just now , walking into a feed for lunch after having placed my back + bag in a corner for it , I was outwalked by an older woman with a cane , seemingly slightly stooped over :( .
