One time when I was feeling suicidal I got on that Spam Thread in Off the Wall and typed, "I feel so happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy - about one hundred times or more (and I typed ALL OF THEM - I didn't copy and paste)

I think I may have thrown in a few negative words amongst them here and there because I was doing it in a sarcastic way - I was far from feeling happy.

I typed some other positive spam - can't really remember - maybe I said "life is wonderful" or something x 100.

Funny thing is, it made me feel much better.

It really makes me sad to see so many posts from people considering suicide or with deep depression. Especially from some of the really young people. There is only so much a person can do to help online.

I find it really frustrating, because I wonder if these people are telling family or getting the help they need.

Sad? Why?
