"safe spaces" don't exist online. Expert on PTSD don't advocate space spaces or trigger warning for its treatment long term. This myth has be perpetuated by misinformed activists.

There are refuges, if you are in immediate danger. However from what is known about the brain and conditioning, safe space and trigger warnings aren't going to help you get better. They aren't a strategy.

Nor would rapid exposure/shock. More a gradual exposure. The world that we live in one where you can't control everything, which can be unnerving. However this is the world that you will need to condition your brain towards.

Although triggers may exist you can't remove all of them, and it is more about how you brain processes that information, and training the brain to cope better. Triggers could be anything so there are no 'obvious' triggers, so the solution is not a trigger free environment as that would be nonviable and also reinforcing the condition. On the other hand it is not helpful to think of triggers as absolutes. There is also thought cycle, and it doesn't necessarily need external factors.

I think you might benefit from some offline activity too. Something to give you confidence, like some kind of club.

I have severe ptsd because of bullying and stalking. To live with this sort of a condition that is purely caused by other people, is really hard. I am in constant fear and can't trust anyone. I wouldn't wish this for anyone and therefore I hope you consider:

Get away from the tormentors if you can. You have a right to be in places you want to, but if you can avoid them, avoid. Here you have more people, so a bully group can't take a hold so easily.

Talk about it to people who understand. To people who know you: family, friends, neighbours.

Do not hurt yourself. These people are bad people. Do not allow them to multiply evil in the world. When they do this s**t, the sad thing is that it doesn't lessen their evilness. All the evil, anger and hate, remains in them, but at the same it also stains everything they touch.

Do not lose your trust in people. There are good trustworthy people. There are places where you can be yourself without getting mocked and harassed.

Foolish kindness is the most human part of a human. The highest level of being. Reach for it. And it's the foolish kindness and purity a stained soul hates the most.

I'm sorry to have to inform you but I've received a call today. My son, posting here at Lightninggrrl, killed himself earlier today. It was his longstanding wish that if anything happened to him we "let his friends online" know.

None of us should lose a child so young. I'm sorry I can't say more, I have to finish his last request, and start making arrangements...

I hope this isn't true.

People have to stop thinking the Internet is real life.

There's a good chance that LG isn't even real and merely a construct by SA and KF trolls to get a rise out of and prove Aspies are bedridden, cellar dwelling idiots.

Think about it. And even if that isn't the case, I think the real LG should not go there. These places are home to people who place braggers rights on ruining lives of crippled, autistic and "simple" individuals.

These people who perpetuate these hoaxes obviously don't have lives.

They should create some life for themselves.

There is currently no news article or police report for any of the names associated with "Lightninggrrl" in any of the locations that he/she is alleged to be from.

I'm calling "HOAX" on this one.
