The rationalist community has a lot of them categorized under the label 'argumentative dark arts', if you're interested. Online, the simplest ones usually consist of questions that take no time to ask but take a lot of time to answer, a form of verbal rope-a-dope.

i've never actually read anything about it, and i wouldn't recommend focusing on it, really. just remember that truth is relative, act accordingly, take note of patterns, avoid defensiveness as much as possible, and never forget that it's much easier to spot other people's BS than your own
