The migraine that never stops

In the middle of all of this (week 3, right before the 2nd ER visit where they gave diluadid), somehow I managed to interview for and was offered a job as the lead ecologist at Joshua Tree National Park.
I'm not sure how that happened, but I am glad it did. It is a dream job

Wow it is amazing you are able to function let alone snag your dream job.
I am glad your pain has lessened somewhat.

Congratulations!! !
As a chronic migraine sufferer myself, I had to giggle at all the "get a new MRI" suggestions. Oh! We so want to believe that if we keep looking hard enough, we will find some way of kicking this. I can't think of anything less appealing when you are on day 27 of a migraine.
What happened with the botox?
Edit: Sorry. Just realized that you are not the person I was discussing botox with before. Another migrainer with a different situation.
I recently had a bad run with my migraine. I "broke" it by taking a left over xanax and going to be early one night. Ironically enough, it was left over from a prescription I got when I needed to get a head MRI. It's possible that it was simply ready to be finished anyways. Kind of hard to tell. I also upped my St. John's Wort and restarted the butterburr. St' John's Wort is, for me, the biggest thing I've done to help the migraines. It's so clear if I miss a few days.
we did discuss botox, I have been referred, but that is all I know.
I think there is something going on because I don't respond to any of the normal migraine drugs but I do to the strong steroids which effect inflammation. The tumor is epidermoid, it could be skin or mucus membrane, so it might be responding to my allergies which are really bad right now and are the main trigger for my migraines.
