Its not usually possible as Alex I believe has a policy of not deleting threads out of fairness to the people who post replies, but there could be a discretionary approach taken for sensitive topics of a particular nature in the Haven. This is not a typical Haven topic, and just in my opinion being fair to the people who replied is not more significant than the personal implications for the person seeking help.
I think if the thread was moved to a more private forum that would be a good first step.
There isn't an option to move the post or delete it. There's no moderator button either
