A wheeled walker forces me to crouch , bend over , not stretch my skeleton , and it doesn't exactly meet uniform flatness and smoothness on a city street .

I gather that bowel incontinence is a side effect of the CHF. I was surprised to read that. Disposable underwear would help with confidence. A wheeled walker with a seat and handbrakes might be better than a wheelchair. Walking will help reduce fluid buildup. Also, sitting too long may cause sores and gangrene issues could increase.
