I can get stuck on something a counselor or anyone said, or I thought they said.
One thing my counselor said was I was handling a recent Tragic event at work leading to PTSD.
In my head I can see his point but sometimes at work I get stuck and I believe my immune system is compromised. An allergist is in the process of lab test.

Sorry to make this about me. I’ve been home for 2 weeks and just recently started posting again.

No - thank you for sharing- discussions are meant to branch out into other people’s views and stories...that’s The whole point of a forum-
I hope you get answers about your health

One simplistic answer PTSD is linked to lowered immune system which can lead to recurrent sinitus etc.
another is our bed is 10 years old and probably full of stuff.
After seeming my allergist we ( my wife and I ordered a new platform bed.
More will be revealed.
Thanks for the kind words.
I’m just back on the forum a few days.
