When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

Guys, it's probably not a hot idea to start going off about wanting to hurt people. Someone could think we're serious. And if you -are- serious, all the more reason to keep it to yourself.

i dont want to hurt anyone... though if i did ever see your mother i would definitely give her a piece of my mind... she would get a good long lecture about falisification of information and lawsuits arising from falsificiation of information

Seems somewhat odd... I mean, how did she get your password?
How does she know what sites you go on? Would have thought you would do utmost to hide all that from her under the circumstances?

Yeah, cookies are saved in a file on the computer. You can delete them though, which is what I do every now and then.

SpaceCase,

That's awful, what she did. My mother did the same kind of thing to me when I was a child. She told everyone I knew that I had ADD and hypotonia (I have never had the latter; she made it up). She did this behind my back. What she told me was that I was mentally ret*d and weak. She would say, "You should be in special ed and you will be if you don't start acting more appreciative of everything I do for you." It was not until high school that I discovered that in reality, I had a high IQ and went to a school for "gifted" kids. It was not until after college that I discovered I am actually strong and athletic.

My mother has the symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy may also have been a factor. Individuals with MSBP crave sympathy for having a sick child. They intentionally harm their children, lie to doctors to exaggerate the symptoms, and lie to friends and family to exaggerate the child's prognosis. Maybe something similar is going on with your mother in terms of her motivations and mind-set?

I say all of this with concern, in case any of it has any relevance or usefulness to your situation and how you choose to handle it. I hope that you can avoid further harm and overcome the effects of what has happened.

Kim

If the posts were made 9999 something seconds or something ago, she can't. There's this damn thing that makes it so you can't edit posts made after a certain time period. SpaceCase - did you delete your cookies? If you do, your mum won't be able to log in. Or, you could always change your password to something hard to guess.

Why would your mom lie like that anyway?
