With all due respect, those delusions do sound bizarre. I mean, what's the deal with the metal in your body, aliens controlling you, government spying on you, and your body turning into a robot? I'm sure it's not a joke, but the description of your experience sounds so unusual and outlandish, that it's very easy for people to mistake it for a joke, even for aspies. Your psychiatrist acted unprofessionally by saying you're bizzare, but he/she has a point. Those delusions are hurting you, so you need to get them taken care of. At the minimum, go see a different specialist; he/she may prescribe you necessary medication, rather than simply judge you.
