Debt =no date

Red flags are things for which you won't date someone.

I am also in debt and that reality had no bearing on any relationships I had with other people.

Not what people are saying in the background/credit check thread.

Well it has not affected me even remotely; whatever those people are saying in that thread are null and void.

You're certainly a hard customer, Sly.

Fireflies likes you as a person.

Lots of people are in debt in the US--especially student loan debt.

Hard customer?

Haven't seen anyone post in that thread saying it's not true. :/

I'm sorry, i haven't had it in me to rewrite a full reply the last few days. One of my fatal flaws is good intentions and horrible follow through - especially if i get detoured (which is inevitable, but in this case happened much sooner with captcha). I spend a lot of time trying to get words out right, verbally i never win. Writing, i can, but what takes 5min to read may well take an hour to write and edit.

I still want to give a full reply, but given my propensities, now doubt i could help write an ad. I would wonder about cl anyway in general since it tends to be ads for escorts and one night stands. I honestly don't know if the person you're looking for would ever read them; i never have.

I also wonder about putting guns first. Perhaps in the 'what i'm looking for' part of what you write, there could be 'i don't hunt, but i do enjoy target practice and my current position involves firearms. You don't have to go shooting with me (though i'd be happy to have you join me), but my match is someone who is okay with my doing so.

And, 'wet shaving' i now know what it is, but if i saw an ad, especially on cl, i'd think it was a fetish. A reword such as 'i find old fashioned barbers, both the wet shaving methods and their history, fascinating.'

I also think it's important to include something along the lines of 'i'm not of the mindset "no sex until marriage", but i do view it as more than just a physical act; for me, there needs to be an emotional connection. I could never do 'friends with benefits' nor a one night stand. Because of this, i like to take things a bit more slowly than many guys and would rather a first date be getting to know each other instead of jumping into bed.'.
-- there are three parts to this 1. It clears up intentions as a lot of men with ads do seem the latter, which for women wanting more, this is a plus in the beginning. 2. It's true. 3. Someone truly of this mindset isn't going to have had piles of women and endless notches on their bedpost. You'd be owning that from the onset instead of ashamed of it.

I also was wondering if you've tried to have your student loans forgiven. Being on ss is a reason they grant it and you would no longer owe the money.

There was a lot more, but assuming captcha lets this go through, hopefully i'll add to it soon.

I got contacted by a esscort on tinder >.<

I like Craigslist because women have to message me rather then the other way. None of them worked out last time but never know.

Yeah I wouldn't mention wet shaving. That's more of a concern of if I ever got into a relationship would sh think its stupid. Then again a lot of women have something, be it nail polish, makeup, shoes, or purses. That seems to be how other wet shavers talk their wife's into letting them buy more.

I dont know how to do the loan thing. I was suppose to pick a repayment program and both ways I'd pay $0 but I don't understand the differences in when it's forgiven and other stuff, so I just went back into deferment.

Disposable?

I use double edge safety razor, synthetic brushes and soaps and one cream.
De is cheaper if I just used one soap

The razor blades are not quite disposable--though they don't last forever, either. They last maybe a couple of months. I don't use any brushes.

It's "wet-shaving" because I make use of the steam of the hot water to shave--while I'm showering.

I've only heard wet shaving being mixing water and soap. Putting premade goop in can on face isn't. That's modern shaving.

Sly, I think you should consider new interests. Do you know what analog synths are? They are currently my obsession and am a collector of vintage of early late 70's and early 80's synths.

I currently own a Juno-60

and am looking to acquire an Alesis Andromeda

They probably used those types of things on songs like "Tainted Love" by Soft Cell.

They used a Synclavier on that song. Early digital synth.

I have no musical talent. I don't really have any talent actually. One of those none special aspies.
Hasn't stopped me from enjoying my hobbies though.

It is really easy to get started. I once convinced myself that I didn't have any real talents at all, now 12 years after learning piano and synth playing I wrote about 20 songs. It really easy to get started, trust me:

All you need is:
- A generic keyboard (Yamaha or Casio etc), just make sure it has MIDI or USB.
-Learn the Scales (Like A-Minor, G-Major)
-Get recording software, like FL studios.

Before you know it, you will have another hobby.
