I kind of see her on and off, when i need to.
i'm known to cancel on her a lot.
but i will see her at least once this week.

It is helpful, it's easier sometimes to talk to someone who you kind of don't know that well.
And she never judged me once - although i've had a bad therapist in the past, so i guess it's just finding one that suits.

No no no no no no ...listen emlion , and you'll listen well. If you don't take any pre-cautions such as a self-defense weapons or asking for a police guard, this might happen all over again. Put your anti-people's side of your character aside for a while.

and

Protection > therapy for now , or you can do them both but protection is first priority until he's behind bars.

I may sound harsh at the minute but face it! It's hard to talk about the feelings and memories you deliberately repress, I'm dreading doing it myself but I think it's essential to truly move on. Burying things inside only saves them for later, as I'm currently discovering.
