she's very nice. but, i'm a coward so i usually chicken out. D:

I may sound harsh at the minute but face it! It's hard to talk about the feelings and memories you deliberately repress, I'm dreading doing it myself but I think it's essential to truly move on. Burying things inside only saves them for later, as I'm currently discovering.

Yep. Well i'm definitely forcing myself to go once.
so little steps. if it helps i'll go again.

i called one of the guys i work with, i'm going to hang out there after my shift until stefan gets home.
if i'm around there, he won't be able to get near me.

You need something more practical and hurtful.

And I don't get it why you don't want to ask for the aid of the police.

I just hope that they get chris behind bars and that he'll actually get a sentence that puts him away while you rebuild your life.

That doesn't matter, it's their job to protect and they're probably the most equipped to do so. Put your personal sensitivity against them aside for a while.

Btw, is he the same guy that you said you didn't want him to be arrested because he saved your life once?

The problem is that people change. You can't let the fact that he once was a friend and helped you be more important than the fact that he just raped you! You have to let that go. You have Stefan and the guys at the garage now. Stefan is your boyfriend and the guys are your colleagues and friends.
A person that hurts you, no matter what loyalty you have had to that person in the past, is not a person you should have any loyalty to chris anymore.

He betrayed you long ago when he hit you the first time. He owes you for sticking with him past that.

but it's hard.
but i did report him - eventually.
