One bit of advise that almost everyone needs to know is that people should wait for the right person in their lives and not go the whole-9-yards (for an analogy). I know what it feels like to be alone, and I'm still waiting for that special someone, even if I'm only 17 years old. From what I've been told, there's always a special match for almost any person in the world, and it takes time to find it. You could probably make friends with the same sex, and then build close relationships like that, and then maybe if you get intimate enough you could ask about how to find a date, and maybe they could help you with tips and what not. There's also clubs with singles in it, and lots of the time (from what I heard to say again) there are singles groups out there for people with certain disorders or differences who want to find a mate. That's probably the best advice I could give you at the moment; if I could give you anymore advice on this subject I'll post on here again, if it's useful to you of course.
