I'm sorry you're feeling this way.

There's so much talent in you.

There was a post about loving the present moment on zen habits recently that developed that idea.

:?
Albert Einstein would disagree with that: http://everythingforever.com/einstein.htm
It's more likely that all exist simultaneously.

The present moment sucks for me right now.
My brain's on speed and my body's on dope.
How long will this last?
Can I outlast this?

Yes, I have.
I know I have but when I'm here it's like I can't.

Have you read any books on acceptance therapy? One of the underlying theories is that we get so caught in what the future might hold (but has yet to present) that we fill with panic and despair. And yet, by our very existence, time and again, no matter what is thrown at us, we pull through. Overall, it leads to the embracing of each moment as that is all that really matters. If we can't handle much more, that is tomorrow...for now, we are still handling it.

It's not easy and i am forever working on it. But i have noticed some of its truths in life. For instance, i easily spend so much time stuck in what has happened or what may and feel so deeply that i can't take much more and it becomes a trap in itself

Just a rambly post, but thought it might be relevant :)

Your artwork is incredible, many of your words are poetic, and you are spiffy. So there!

Well for a while now I've been working on providing just that. Hope for the future is free & you can message me to obtain a healthy surplus.

Life is a bit like a sculpture.
You start of with a big shapeless lump. You start chipping away, a little bit each day and it starts to become something new.

Sometimes you hit your thumb with the mallet, sometimes you carve a really nice part and then hit it too hard and it falls off. Maybe you can find some adhesive and stick it back on. Does it matter if you can see the join, only you can decide. Or the glue doesn't work for long and it falls off again, then it has to become something else, something different, maybe it will never be as nice as the bit that fell off.

In the end you need to keep chipping away, just to see what the end result will be. If you are tired take a little rest, but don't stop. Keep your chisels sharp and if you don't want to use the big mallet today, just use the little one instead.

And then the sculpture is finished.
And then you die.
It's an undeniable fact.
The only question of any real significance in life is whether to commit suicide or not.

No denial.

Having just faced this question again I made the right choice, I really hope you do too.

Hey hope ALWAYS comes out of nowhere, unexpectedly, at the worst possible times. That's what hope's for.

Hope is an illusion.
I see no fluffy bunnies.

I was careless with my mind and I broke it.
Since it broke I can see everything.
Except fluffy bunnies.
Where are the bunnies?

I take some comfort in the fact that everyone is just as clueless as I am.
I see that they can't see it.
Better to sleep.
