A lot of times people think I'm being rude when I really didn't think I was doing anything wrong. Maybe it's something like that? I think a lot of people don't like directness, especially in a place where people are fake-nice all the time.

Maybe, though I would like to think that most of the coworkers that seem nice aren't faking it. :|

I don't mean to imply that everyone there is being insincere, there are plenty of genuinely nice people out there. I just get annoyed with people sometimes and say things about them with bit of a negative tone like that.

Someone could bump into it then try to "fix it" so that the end result is it looks like it was readjusted.
