^^^but it doesn't help you to dwell on those feelings, it doesn't make you feel better. it is better to not allow those thoughts in your thinking, no matter what.

Aaaaaaaand I've snapped.

Just had a bad panic attack. I don't think I'll make it to work today. Going to have to go to the dr today.

I should have gone to the Dr sooner. Maybe I wouldn't have got to this point.

I'm still alive tho... Almost.

Thanks auntblabby.

Registering isn't that straight forward. I've filled out a form. Now I have to wait 2 days to make an appointment with a nurse who does a brief health check.... Then I get to see a Dr. Could be Thursday or Friday.

My last Dr's registered me and made an appointment for me same day.

Ha, yes that's a good way to see it. I could be living somewhere where medical access is much more difficult.
