A 5. Cautious optimism. The usual frustrations of my circumstances that are out of my control.

-8. I'm trying very hard to not self harm. My cat got upset at me the last time I tried to and now I feel guilty when I think about doing it. I really feel like I want to though so it's hard not to.

Hopefully you'll feel better soon FF.

When times are bad you need to remember you're deserving of a decent life just like everyone else.

My cat helped me with my depression, too.

Cats understand autism.
