I've just been very anxious lately and barely sleeping - often waking up to panic attacks. I got some sleeping pills today, so that should help. It kind of becomes a vicious cycle: I can't sleep because I'm anxious, and I'm anxious because I can't sleep.

That's frustrating. When I start missing sleep I've sometimes became manic, which oddly enough, makes me able to operate on a lot less sleep, which only further fuels the mania. It's like my throttle becomes stuck wide open.

Just a reminder: under international law, an occupying power has no right of self-defense, and those who are occupied have the right and duty to liberate themselves by any means possible.

That would be tough, I'd imagine. How do you come down from that?

I'm hoping that I've not done anything too weird on here over the past couple of weeks. I've not been in a good mental state at all. It's mostly PTSD-related, I think. That combined with insomnia is not good for me.

Time, patience. I'd imagine a hospital trip if things reached that point, although I'm the sort of person who wouldn't voluntarily go to the hospital due to mania or suicidal thinking.

Not that I've noticed, but I'm probably not the best judge.

Oh, I'm at a 3 or a 4, but I'll probably be at a 10 within 20 hours or so.

Why will you be at a ten in 20 hours? Do you have a game coming up?

Yeah. Tuesday is game day. I tend to get a huge endorphine+dopamine+adrenaline rush beforehand. Like, literally more intense than most drug experiences I've had.
