^ can you go outdoors - into a natural setting if possible?
That really helps with my withdrawals.

Well I don't know that its withdraw because like I said I never function and last year was the same with nothing in me...

But...

I am off of four different meds and the other so even if its not "withdrawal" in the traditional sense, its probably still not great

I guess maybe I feel that way cause when I think withdraw when I was on the street, it was a hospital visit of death and destruction.

I can't compare getting off meds, stopping alcohol and ceasing to use cannabis to a withdraw of that context.

I don't feel like the lack of drugs is the problem, I feel the crying and the pain is the problem.

Its an extreme shot in the dark but my plan is to stop everything, ditch antidepressant, then go back on everything else. I am hoping maybe my antidepressant doesn't mix with my other, but I don't think its gonna work but its worth a try.

I have tried everything else

I haven't been the person everyone here thinks I am, I have only recently been this honest because F this account and everything in it

quitting antidepressents cold turkey is not a good idea. It can be hell.. and quitting several different things at the same time doesn't sound good at all. The longer time you use, the better chance of success. Start with half a pill (or even a quarter if it's possible) Then after a week or several, if you still feel fine, you can continue.

Because often they're not accurate as well, the old phrase goes you'll be making an ass of you and me.

They're the worst, especially when people make even more assumptions based on their (false) original assumptions.

That's how the rumor mill starts spinning~

This world is always so serious,
Someone is always hurting someone,
I have lose my friends,
I have lose my faith,
I have lost everything,
I cry every moment of everyday,
I do drugs and its just the same,
I don't think I can live anymore,

If I never post again, you know what happened :?

All I wanted was for everyone to get along but now I am hated for both legitimate and illegitimate reasons. Check the news in my area tomorrow

Noone may care

I prefer communicating only with one or a few people, and I don't like that I'm like that. I don't like letting people in, and I don't like taking people in. It feels invading and it feels like I'm loosing myself if I "give" to someone when it doesn't feel right. I feel a resistance in me when I think about posting something I don't want to. My chest tightnes, and it feels uncomfortable. I think this is unfair to other people on the forum, and there are quite a few people here. I don't know what to do about it, if there is anything I can do.

I really feel that losing myself feeling, if I let/invite people in. Am I losing myself, forgetting myself, or losing control. I don't know.
