Dear Jessy,
I'm sorry that I hit you. You were annoying me by rattling tha door and refusing to go in your kennel, but that's no exuse for what I did. I could have given you a light tap, but I guess all I can do now is hope I didn't hurt you too badly  .
Yours truely, your owner's sister.

Dear bizarre,
I'm sorry about what I said about you in the "on the scale of +10 to -10 how do you feel" thread a few months ago. Even if you WERE picking on Graelwyn, that's no exuse for how I acted.

I like Blue a lot better.

Dear Cockney Rebel, I wrote an article last year about this very subject and if you like I could copy it to this thread or PM it to you.

Dear Kilroy,

While I doubt our situations are exactly the same, your letter sounds quite like something I wrote about half a year ago. Sometimes it's best to protect yourself. (Something that I did not learn until much later...) Sometimes all the caring in the world only moves everyone backwards. You need be no one but yourself...

Hope you feel all right,
Heather

John,

I would still like to talk to you to discuss the complaints, or rumors thereof, circulating last week in my absence. I have heard a particular name in the "rumor mill", which has shed some light on things, at least to me. In the past 6-8 weeks I have been getting a lot of hang-ups in my office voice mail and calls with no messages on my work and personal cell phone. I have had a suspicion this has been a particular person, but until now was not sure. This particular person has not been sending e-mail requests for data, as I have frequently pointed out was the best way to get in touch with me.

As you know, I have been on travel a lot over the past two months, all of which has been sanctioned by my Program Office. Since 1 June 2007, I have been in town only 18 out of a possible 43 weekdays. This does not include one full day, and five partial days, missed for various Doctor's appointments. Among the days I was out was a one-day trip to Boston for a Red Sox game, one of the apparent rumors I am hearing, and a 9-day family vacation that I returned from on a Sunday, only to head out to Dulles for one of the Germany trips a few hours later. By the way, I worked over 25 hours while on vacation, free of charge, which is one of the reasons it really bothers me to hear such rumors. I have been turning on my Outlook Office Assistant and leaving contact information when appropriate. The two Germany trips being notable exceptions, since all I can provide is hotel information, and I have no e-mail at all.

Needless to say, I am a little annoyed by the accusations I hear floating around. I didn't like coming back from travel and hearing such things when nobody has said anything to me outside of a brief discussion with Amy about helping out when I am on travel. A few weeks ago Amy discussed having someone like Jennifer available to answer questions while I am on travel, in case I cannot be contacted. I have been more than open that I need to work on having a quicker turnaround at times to responding to people, which is usually an issue only due to travel schedules. Communication is always a challenge and on my things to improve list of my IDP. However, at no point have I ignored any requests for data or any particular person. I do recognize that there is room for improvement to more affectively and, maybe more importantly, efficiently communicate.

I think I have made it clear in the past, but will emphasize it again: "I prefer open and honest communication." If at any point, anyone feels I am not fulfilling their expectations of me, or they see a way for me to improve, then they should discuss this with me directly.

v/r,

Darryl

Dear channel nine,
It's the parent's job to make sure their 5-yeal-old kid don't see anything really gruesome on tv after midnight, NOT YOURS! I was quite dissapointed when you broadcasted Sleepy Hollow last night, only to see that you had cut out all the best bits!

I hate when they do that
here in Canada-they'll show movies like that-like at normal times
and cut out nothing!
they just give a warning before the movie returns from commercials (every time)
america ruins good movies!

I see what you mean about this. When one is a sort of un-ladylike lady it is hard to understand and buy into all the girly stuff. I myself have always sworn and been loud and obnoxious in an attempt to rebel against societie's ladylike instructions for girls, which never felt right for me. I am sort of only a half lady anyway.

I totally prefer the idea of being a gentleman to being a lady.. it allows stuff such as wisdom and consideration and eccentricity... not that I can ever be a gentleman because of the physical world getting in the way, but it is a nice thought.

I think there's a difference between being lady-like and being girly. (Of course, this is simply my opinion; feel free to discount it if you so choose.) To me, being lady-like implies having manners, being respectful, (perhaps) sophisticated, ect. Being girly (once again, to me) involves pink, makeup, dolls/fashion, ect. (Obviously one can have qualities from either list without being either a lady or a girly girl.)

I do swear; I try not to be loud or obnoxious.

Dear mom

Al my life you stood by and watched my crazy behaviour and called me undisciplined and spoiled. You stood by my bedroom door with a knife to scare me and not once did you ever stop to watch how horrible and severe my autistic tendencies where from a young age.

You never loved me, always got mad if i didnt want to be touched and didn't want you to hug me. You never stopped to think there was something different about me and called me crazy, excentric and took too many pills.

I hate you

Dear World,
I'm about to go back to a hellhole school, and there is a girl way out of my league that likes me, but that I can't have because she's 150 miles away back in the town where my parents were. In other words, welcome back, old foe. I was starting to wonder when you'd return.
From,
Subedei
