On a scale of 1 - 10 how much have you applied from this thread?

I think its 1 and thats generous.

Sorry to tough love you but that seems to be the case.

You are in a rut and must apply new thinking. Change diet and get some grooming and them come back to this.

edit: Sorry I wrote something I shouldn't have said.

Want me to send you some vitamins and ginseng and stuff? Might make you be more functional and feel better.

My attitude and and not "trying hard enough" is not the problem. It's how I was born. check out this post in another thread. I was born from a schizophrenic mom and a crack-headed, mentally ill dad who tried to burn me and my sister alive when we were babies.

What did you think you were going to get when you put those two together. It's too late to change anyway, since I probably have cancer and my heart is about to go out on me.

dude - the issue is conditioning.

I do not blame you at all. But it does hurt me that your conditioning has become self-hatred.

I had the same thing myself and its been my BIGGEST challenge in my mental health.

When you love yourself - your parents are proven WRONG. enjoy that.

Its not too late man. You are young and I hope you break your conditioned responses that lead you to self hatred.

None of its your fault. But you can do somethings if you choose to.
