You sound like you have manic depression to go from a high to a low so fast. You might get some help from omega-3 fats. Like 6 grams of fish oil daily for atleast 3 months.

I have the same problem-but I keep going on because I try and get up each time I fail
you can't just give up your like 16
you have your whole life ahaid of you

teenage hood is the WORST time for people AS and NT alike
you can't think that it's gonna be like that forever

The rapid cycling from a manic to depressed mood would be extremely rare in manic depression so perhaps you may not have it. But if you did taking a typical antidepressant like sertraline would be problematic.
