Dear powers-that-be,

Please don't let me be too clumsy today when I go grocery shopping, and tell the old folks to keep their rude comments to themselves.

Please grant me deafness for the next couple of hours, so that I don't have another sensory overload like last time, and freak out because I can hear babies screaming across the store and conversations from the other side of the room. That would be just spiffy.

Dear mom,

Please take your medication today, because a full blown anxiety attack is going to be what causes me to have an accident, not the fact that I refuse to drive 10 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. Thanks.

To my worried friends and family,

I am not trying to look like Sid. I just happen to be built like him. That's the way that it has been, for seven of the nine years that I've been on medications for my Depression and Psychosis. I was doing fine, when Weight Watchers was actually cool. I was doing well, when they were using the Winning Points system. Once they switched to the Flex System, my Sid-like figure came back. I'm currently going to OA, because that's the programme that's working the best for me, right now. I've lost 9 lbs, the first week. I don't expect to be losing as much, this week, but I still expect to lose weight. I know that tomorrow, I have to clamp down and eat less than I did, today. Today, I've eaten considerably less than I did, yesterday. I'll have that breakfast at the school, and than I plan to have fruit for a late lunch. I plan to start eating three times a day, on Sunday. I'll incorporate fruit into all of my meals and vegetables into my evening meal. No more Pizza. No more regular pop and no more potato chips.

Dear anyone who cares (which is no one),

I hate my life. No one cares about me, and I can't have friends.

are you joking me? the wp chat room is one of the most unorganized and crazy places i've ever been. that's not the greatest place to go to for kindness. i stopped going on their a while a go since i was often ignored on there.
