Congratulations! I'm *so* proud of you. you did very very very well today. You handled two appointments, and didn't binge (much) got some GREAT gluten free food, and worked out for a whole 30 minutes on the bike! YAY! and you set the bike to a higher level, so that certainly is an achievement! I'm so proud! You can do it!

Dear everybody,

Stop harping on me about my weight. I will be willing to talk to anybody about anything, except for my weight. Don't tell me what a good goal weight would be for me. I've told you that 180 lbs is my goal. What? Is that too much for a woman to weigh? Not for me, it isn't. I would also like to add that if I still look like Sid at 180 lbs, that's my business, and not everybody else's. I would not be an Endomorph, if God didn't want me to have that build.
