You have to stick to the Slim-Fast plan. If having one scoop of powder doesn't satisfy you, than put two scoops in your milk, or buy the 2% milk, instead. It will only make a 2 Point difference. I'm not saying that you have to look like Barbie, or Austin Powers. I'm just saying, that if you were to get down from your current weight of 237 lbs, down to 180 lbs, that would be a 50 lbs difference. You will still look a lot like Sid, at 180 lbs, while being a lot healthier. Anything under 200 lbs is considered to be healthier for people of both genders who start out, pushing 240. You've lost 8 lbs so far. Let's see how much more you can lose. You could lose the rest of the 65 lbs. You've gone from 245, to 237 lbs. You can reach the 180 lb mark, and still look like a cuddly baby.
