Update... I drove out to my friend's house in the country and processed the photo. The whole thing took less than fifteen minutes. It took longer to get the image file on to her computer and then get it sent to the store for photo printing.
It was a good afternoon. After dumping so much rant, I felt I needed to mention how it ended. I know most do not care. That is understandable, but some people may wonder.
