how do we neccessarily know you are a bad kid all we have here are your words
one universal traits with sociopaths is manipulation and influence/cntrol over others to suppress their animalocity and lust for wrong doings, this control or sense of achievement or position of power means they have a balance.
how do we know you're not bad and your father is the one in the right
another rait of sociopathy, lol word creation or could the pleural be sociopathii, sounds fancy I'll stick with that. is the tuned ability in whatever situation online reality, reality itself socially to shift the bad light or take away the hate of yourself and shift it onto one other person
please note I do not doubt yo in fact I feel nothing at all you are some just some kid online however whereever you go you will get cynics which I am in most cases
Its interesting yur previous post of yor condition status etc etc and about people and professional doubting you does spark the debate which is fuelled here was the over diagnosis debate which is incredibly interesting especially in modern days jaded society in which the people itself may just be simply diverging into a general trend

Your dad sounds like my mother. One who follows the "ZOMG my kids aren't listening to me call the police!!" school of parenting.
I wouldn't worry about it, your dad will probably get laughed at and/or in trouble for wasting police time.
How old are you, BTW?

hes gonna make an ass of himself in front of cops or on the phone w them. your gonna own the day.
if he ever takes it that far.
how old are you?
its like when the parents of a friend of mine told him they'd call the cops and have him arrested every time he failed to clean his room...
"let them come"
why dont you tell him to just bring on the police? go ahead. report back

what is your definition of unruly??....back talking, defiance, passive defiance??? if you are just "running your mouth"....durring a melt down...or whatever...that is one thing....
my definition of unruly: complete meltdown, uncontrollable rage, destroying personal property, physically attacking someone else...etc....now that is a reason to call the police....i have had to do this to my 11 yr old....(nt with mood dissorder)....the police didnt laugh.....they actually helped me by pointing me into the right direction to get the much needed help for my son....had he not had the mood dissorder....they wouldve taken him to the local jouvenile detention center....and he would have waited for a court date....
it is not against the law to be "defiant"....voice your opinion...but if one is destroying personal property....or attacking someone else....yes, there are laws broken....
parents, now days, are at a confusing position of parenting....it is a lot more complicated than it was 20 or so years ago....hopefully your dad can find the help he needs....good luck...

If my dad said that to me, I'd respond with, "So you think the solution to an unruly person is to send them to prison and surround them with criminals who can show them how to be even more unruly."
Or is he just trying to get you fined by the court system, because everybody can always use more useless debt.
I do think it is an empty threat that he probably made out of desperation. Either way, it sounds like there are some problems (how extreme I don't know), and while you can't change your father, you can change yourself. So it might be a good time for you to spend some time in thinking about your life and deciding what changes you can make to improve it. If the bulk of your problems are Aspergers, then find a way to deal with that whether it's therapy, research, trial and error, etc. If the bulk of your problems are your father, then if your father is a rational person, then you can probably sit down and have a great talk about things when neither of you are upset (something planned like a meeting), and prepare for it by bringing any evidence you need to state your case (like printed materials and articles on the subject). But, at least try to give your father the benefit of the doubt (at least one chance for every situation). He is your father and earned that respect as a result, if he was/is a real father as opposed to the ones that just claim the DNA. And, if your problem seems to be yourself completely unrelated to Aspergers or your father, then get to the root of why you are doing the things you do that isn't working toward the goals you'd like to have in life.
I mean we all have goals. From who you want to be and how you want people to perceive you to what you want to have and what you wish to contribute to society. It might help you to just define your goals (short term meaning within the next year and long term like 3 years from now), in writing, and then read each goal asking yourself what am I doing to achieve that goal, what should I be doing that I'm not doing, and what am I doing that is interfering or will interfere with me achieving that goal.
I'm having some trouble figuring out what criminal behavior would be caused by asperger's, and it's certainly not an excuse for continued bad behavior. If things are too much, you need to be taking that up with a therapist. You haven't said what he's pressing charges for. If he refuses to get you help, getting the law involved might force the issue. Tell the cops or the court the truth about what's going on.. maybe you'll get what you need.
how old are you? if you have a diagnosis and are considered "disabled", then he doesn't have a choice about "accepting" your diagnosis, and to deny you support you need i.e. access to counseling, subjecting you to abuse, harassing you about your "disability" constitutes child neglect/abuse so it's more likely you could press charges against him and have the courts appoint a guardian ad litem to assist you with defending your rights as a dependent. you might end up in foster care, though, because you'd be at the mercy of your guardian, but it is an option to consider if your dad is making threats against you.
I guess it depends on how kids in your situation are treated in the "system" in your area.
what i meant by my post is that....if the dad...on his own...can't figure out how to better parent you...then it is time for intervention...someone from the outside to see what is going on...then that person (a professional) teach your dad what he can do to help you. Im going on the fact that you have asperger's....
my 8 yr old didnt get diagnosed until right before christmas....it was very frustrating trying to parent him (at times) because the "normal" parenting skills didnt seem to work with him....what i found...through much therapy...for me and him....is that I needed to learn new skills to use when parenting him....most of our problems were the "social" stuff....so i had to learn to communicate in his way...now we are doing great....
(the police , i called, on my 11 yr old...when he was physically attacking me...busted my lip...bloodied my nose...tore my house apart...so to speak...he never "got locked up"....but the police were able to direct me to the right people to get help for me and him (he has the mood dissorder)....now he and i are doing great!! !
rearing children doesnt come with a manual...like a computer...or a book you can get to help you with your "pet"... parenting even a nt kid is complicated at times....then when you add in a whole spectrum of other possible diagnoses...it can get really confusing...our kids dont come with a "stamp" on their foreheads that says: NT, AS, Mood dissorder...etc...we have to "figure this out as we go"....and most of us were reared "old school"....and that makes the whole parenting thing even more confusing.....
