I often get a visual hallucination of the room zooming in and out very rapidly. Yesterday, I got a new one: the room rapidly twisting to the left and to the right, as if my head / vantage point was shifting to the left and back to the right impossibly fast, while I was actually sitting absolutely still. That one made me nearly vomit. It occurred during an extreme emotional dive, which I think was a rapid bipolar shift.

The thing is, during my hallucinations, I can still barely sense the room the way it really is if I try hard, but my hallucinations keep imposing themselves into my visual field. Put it this way: the knowledge that the room isn't actually moving does not help me at all. I'm still nautious from the way it seems to be moving.

Cant say i have hallucinations but when im REALLY upset, my mind starts going over scenarios . . . sometimes to the point of convincing myself that one version actually did happen. I dont actually see it happen, but my mind is convinced that it did. This happened a lot growing up, to the point of demonizing my father (granted, he didnt exactly improve my opinion of him while growing up). Not sure what one would call a mental hallucination, aside from dementia or schizophrenia . . . <shudder>

I hallucinate a lot and it increases while the stress increases. I have almost all the kinds, but mainly visual, auditory and tactile. I see people and then suddenly they disappear, I hear yelling and screaming and sometimes random sounds and feel things crawling inside of me. I have been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder bipolar type though. Since I know stuff, I believe its more bipolar 2 than schizoaffective disorder because I don't believe I had a true manic episode where I am doing dangerous stuff (such as overspending, doing drugs, having sex with millions of people, impulsive behavior, staying up for 3953765 days straight etc) and no psychosis either (even though the doctors say otherwise, they all think I am psychotic mainly due to evil delusions).

I hallucinate but not sure if it's when I'm stressed or not. I've seen people and aliens before. When going to sleep often times I can't sleep because I'll auditory hallucinate before bed but apparently that's common. Sometimes it'll be worse as in seeing things like dead bodies outside or my arm turning into only bones. I hallucinate a lot out of my peripheral vision, most objects on the ground I see as dead bodies etc always. As for auditory when I'm not sleeping usually instant messenger sounds or things crashing.

I hear this voice tell me that I'm going to die, if I don't slow down and relax.
