He's mean, rude, lazy, greedy and selfish. He steals money out of my wallet and lies about it. Also for my birthday last year I got an XBOX 360 but I never get to use it cause he wants to and uses it so much they put it in his room. Im thinking about just telling him he can't use it anymore and taking it back but would feel bad. What do you think I should do?

It's your XBox. I don't see why your brother gets to have exclusive use of it. That is really unfair and quite a bad decision on your parents' part to allow him to put it in his room. Were you asked if that was okay?

It is good to talk to your parents about this because they have more power, if you try to do it, maybe they will restrict you even more.
Or it will be just seen as a squabble (fight) and the xbox 360 will go back into his room.
