Im so sick and tired of having no friends, of being bullied by people on the bus and then when I get to School (where I help out at) by the 6 formers and yr 10s/11s, I got bullied at School when I was a pupil myself in both primary and secondary and yes I know too well im not the only one but I have kept all this in all my life aside from speaking to therapists but that has stopped some time ago, and today these people on the bus started picking on me and I just broke and started crying when I got in which is not uncommon for me but recently I have really felt like I have been slipping out of life with all the unkindness and the lonliness, will broadcasting and letting all my feelings out to anyone who will listen even make a difference?

From my experience, it does help me to do that. I think that God gives us feelings, for a reason and that we should let them out.

That would make sense, it would make sense to let them out, but it seems so much of the time your expected to just get on with it, I think I wll let my feelings out but it all depends on how my confidence is and if it lasts when I gain some to do so. Thanks for the reply though.

That's true. Otherwise you become a bitter shell of your former self if you hide it. From experiences.

I think posting on an online forum will be somewhat helpful for some emotional support, but talking to someone outside of the internet would be better.
So yes, it will make much of a difference if that person chooses to help you do something about the source, rather than just talk about it and do nothing.

Hopefully letting it out will help :). I personally find certain environments like public schools to be just plain toxic.

I volunteer at a special School, although any working enviroment is choc-a-block full of gossip and some may put it down to female urges to gossip some due to the size of the enviroment but anyway back on topic thank you all for your considerate replys and I feel better now but im sure by tommorow il feel low, though I am an honest pessimist, although yes Peko certain enviroments bear (sp) more comfort than others but it seems like everywhere I go I get abuse thrown at me and im too nice to do anything.
