One the days when:

1. The world is absolutely terrifying and you can make no sense out of it.

2. People are loud and noisy and downright annoying, even loved ones.

3. The complex maths problem you understood yesterday, makes absolutely no sense to you today.

4. You cannot remember where you put anything, yet can remember with startling clarity, the day you got your first dog at the age of 5.

5. When piles of stuff are not in their correct place and chaos surrounds you, but you have neither the stamina or inclination or cognitive function to sort it out.

You can:

1. Take your dog for a walk

2. Clean the windows with Windex over and over until you are satisfied.

3. Play Nintendo DS in the bath.

4. Take the phone out of the wall so you don't have to talk to anyone.

5. Give in to the stim and stim till your heart is content.

6. Play your favourite song over and over until your ears bleed.

7. Feel free to tell at least one annoying person to get lost, and not suffer any guilt for doing so.

Keep the list going......., on the confusing days.

Mics

8. Reread a book you've already read over 20 times... (I love that they never change...Although once I accidentally purchased a later edition of The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy anthology thing and nearly had a heart attack when I noticed that a typo was missing. )

14. Watch a movie you've seen so often you practically have it memorized and/or find some favorite old TV shows on YouTube and indulge in a bit of nostalgia/familiarity.
