I've never been so crazy before! I don't know why?

I felt liek I wasn't in ANY mood to go to classes at all, I want to master drawing or something! I can't stand crowded places more than ever before! I just can't! I lost all my energy to keep going in university...

Is it something to do with aspegers related of going berserk? Is it just me that I might be claudosphobic? Or is it that I am stressed out?

I dont know dude. I always find pacing or going for a walk can help.

Sounds like university now sucks? Thats common for many people.

University is perhaps not a good place for you right now because of all the chaos.

Think of a place you can go, where you would feel comfort, welcome, and peaceful.

Go there if you can, and spend some time alone or with one or two trusted people.

Take a piece of paper and pen/pencil -
Relax your inner self. Take as long as necessary.
Take three slow deep breaths.
Make a list:
On the paper, write down what bothers you/causes you to feel crazy/berserk.
There may be one thing or several.

When you have that list,
Turn over the paper.
Write down what you want or need to feel really good about or with yourself.
Take your time.

When you have both lists,
relax, the hard part is done.

Look at the first list.
Number each item from worst to not so bad.
Your first impulse is probably the best in numbering.
Don't worry about getting it right, you can change the list any time.

When you have finished,
Look at the really good stuff list.
Number them in order from the very best to the least best.
Take your time.

When you are done, you have a kind of road map of
what you should avoid or work on dealing with,
and a map of the things you need or want more of in your
life.

This exercise should enable you to know you are in control of your
circumstances and can change them for the better, just by becoming aware of them.

What should you do with the lists? Anything you feel moved to do.
Please bear in mind though, any negative action, brings negative responses,
while positive action brings positive response.
The middle way is said to be the true way, that of balance.

You can make new lists at any time.

Thank you for your sincere effort, and my best wishes to you.

Robert
