I can't sleep, I can't think well enough to do anything, life just SUCKS. I wish ppl wouldn't come into my life and just throw me away like a piece of f*cking trash, whether after a few months or almost 30 years.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I can offer my sympathy--wish I could be of more help than that.

That sounds like a really long and complicated matter to handle on an internet forum. You would be better off seeing a psychiatrist first and then maybe getting a referral to a therapist. The advice you would get that way is no comparison to some of the lunatic fringe ranting around here.

I do have a therapist, and she's pretty good....I'm also on medication. It's just that I don't make more than superficial connections very easily or frequently and when I lose them, it's devastating.

The only other thing I can think of is checking out large churches. Church can be a risky place to socialize and I don't know how you do with crowds, but large churches tend to have small organized groups (like Bible studies) and you have a better chance of finding one you fit well in.

I feel the same way. More than anything I'd like a real friend. But like usual I'm just that girl who knows lots of facts, not someone people want to hang out with. Everyone I know has stopped talking to me except my family.

OMG, this is TOO weird...

Translation--Romanian messenger: Do you dream of having over 850,000 friends?

Now, that's just weird...it not only picked up that I speak Romanian, but that I'm whining that my friends dump me. How f*cked up is that?

I get pretty serious insomnia from time to time; I've had good luck with Ambien over the years, or for a more natural sleep I've been taking a 1/2 mg of Xanax along with one otc melatonin pill, either way I get a good sleep and don't have trouble waking up in the morning. Talk to your doc, not being able to sleep by itself can cause some serious problems.
