... I hope that I will never feel that amount of pain again - it has been a horrendous amount of pain, and I never want to experience it to that degree.

I deserve to be happy, and if I eliminate the possibility in my mind of fair or unfair, surely I can then use my philosophical thinking on something that actually makes more sense than fairness and unfairness... I should eliminate the possibility of fair or unfair, unto me.

I hope you never do either. I have some idea, as I'm going thru something of the same sort and I believe no one who hasn't committed mass murder or something else entirely evil deserves that kind of pain.
