My mom doesn't want me to live in my own little world.

I love my world, my own little one, created in Vue 3D(3D landscape generator). I stay up to 1am-2am, creating something I cannot create for real. I create landscape, nature because I live in a cramped city, where there isn't any. My mom, she keeps telling me to go to bed. I go upstairs, depressed of having to save and kiss goodbye the patch of nature landscape I created with my bare hands!

Why would she NOT like me doing such craftswork of 3D on the computer, it's not like I'm playing counter strike or something!

Is it interfering with real life?

Well 1am - 2am may be too late.

Try reducing the time a little. Go there and enjoy your world but don't lose your sleep.

Maybe she's just worried that it's become your reality. Staying up until two ante meridian is a little off. It doesn't matter whether it's counter strike or the landscape generator, it's still going to worry her. :\

My mum wasn't crazy about me liking the 60s and being myself, again. There's nothing that she can do about it, because that's the way I am. I'm living on my own and I can eat, sleep and breathe Carnaby Street and Swinging London. My music plays a big part in that. My trick is that I have two seperate cut off times for my music. I can't listen to The Kinks past 9 on a work night or 10 on a break night. I go nuts without my music, so I just end up going to bed the minute I shut my music off, for the night. I get to sleep a lot sooner that way, and I have a handle on my own personal little world.

There's nothing wrong with what you're doing. My mum's the same whenever I do anything apart from socialising, I don't think she understands that socialising is stressful for me whereas being on the computer is relaxing.
