Bad feeling plz advise asap

I'm starting to get a bad feeling, I just got back from picking my sister up with my mom, and I have a deep in my stomach nausea, I cannot think and I'm having a hard time sitting still, I'm really worried I don't know what's going on, am i getting scared of the outside, Ive been bad days at school too, plz advise? I do have severe anxiety and depression, plus AS.

From your description I cannot be sure what you have, but I often feel like that when my blood sugar level drops too low, which may be triggered by excitement. Try eating or drinking something with a good bit of sugar in it, like fruit juice or some sweets (no chocolate though, the fat would keep your body from absorbing the sugar quickly).

Wait for about fifteen or twenty minutes after eating that sugar. If you feel better after that, eat something that will keep your blood sugar level up, like bread or noodles. After that you ought to be okay. If you don't feel better though, this might be something more serious.

I can't be sure at all, but it sounds a bit like an anxiety attack to me. It's 2 hours since you posted - how are you now?

i think it was an anxiety attack because a couple of hours later i felt better, but thx for your guys awnsers :)
