^^Thanks for your reply Artros.
But that's the thing I am always so careful not to say anything to offend but somehow still I fear it. I know that really it is a deep rooted fear of being disliked.
It would be easier not to say anything to anyone but that's no way to live. That's why I am trying to find a way to get over it.
You need to find somewhere to start. Or, rather, someone to start with. Maybe a friend or a family member. You can always write down what you want to say and then give it to them. I always find that starting such a conversation is the most difficult part, and that it carries on afterwards.
Just talk. Everything in life is about experience and repetition. I have awful motor skills, but through enough practice I've still managed to learn how to play the piano. I have bad social skills, but through enough practice I can fake most of it.
