well, this one is just for a daily check-up, but I want to talk to her about whether or not she thinks I have aspergers, or something different. I know I am going to talk to her about my issues with concentration and focusing, my memory, and other things.

I just feel sad right now... and I don't know what to do... I haven't told my parents yet, they have been away on vacation. But I am scared, I don't know what they'll think of me, or even if they'll think there's anything wrong at all. But I cannot live my life undiagnosed, I don't think I am ready for the challenges of the real world, living by myself, or even succeeding in college with my issues in concentration, and memory, and anxiety, fatigue, and everything else, without something to help me... medicine perhaps? therapy maybe? i don't know, all I do know is that I cannot comprehend it all...

If you have something that effects your learning and quality of life, you cannot control that.

I think therapy would be a good idea if you can afford it. It has helped me tremendously and if you find that doesn't help you enough you can always explore medication.

I wouldn't be worried about what your parents think. I would worry what the professionals have to say.

Thats true. I don't have the money at the moment, and i think i'll be fine after diagnosis. I really don't want to be labeled anymore than I have been, but at the same time you are right, I cannot control this. and it is affecting my quality of life.

I would not mind medication for concentration and memory... I just hope I am still me afterwords
